Won't let me get on the new worlds – Monster Island Review

I have beaten ever single level going up to frozen mello but I can not play frozen mellow. It is so aggravating to spend days working on this game and not be able to play. Pleaseeee fix it. Gosh I feel line I just wasted hours of my life.
