Customer service cannot be reached after your account is blocked – Fiverr - Freelance Services Review

I had my first account for a few years, in a while the system blocked my account with no option to contact them without an active profile. I created a new one to rich the customer service (there is no other way to get help” after a few emails they blocked my second profile because I created multiple profiles. What?? Are you serious? How may I contact the customer service if could not give access with my first account? It's just make me sad, because I had I good reason to get my first account back. If the customer service still wanted to help to resolve this issue- here is my request number #6945611
