Game is ok, support is terrible – Dragon City - Breed & Battle! Review

If anything ever goes wrong, support will only help if they don’t have to actually fix anything. In the past year or so, I have contacted support for numerous glitches, racist speech and threats in the alliance chat, and ad offers I’ve been completed but not been compensated for. Numerous exchanges always led to me leaving frustrated with no resolution. Asking for managers to help resolve issues yields nothing. Don’t play if you expect fair treatment. I originally got this game to play with my young son. Sadly, I worry about him playing now, as I can see the game staff have no integrity.
