Not a user-friendly app – Booksy for Customers Review

My stylist was forced to move to this app. It is not easy to use. The favorites should be front and center so that you can always pick what stylist and service you want quickly. I have to always search for my stylist if I want a service that is not the same as the next appointment. My stylist does many services so this is very inconvenient.
