Need to pay for everything? – Video Star Review

I’ve played on video star a while ago but then stopped and when I tried to use it again I wasn’t able to because when I wanted to add affects that WERE free I had to pay? After I had removed the effects and tried to put create I still needed to pay for literally just multi layering which is dumb because it should be free. If everything I do on the app is going to cost might as well buy the app to download it. I wasn’t able to do anything on it because I need to pay for everything and I didn’t understand why because before you didn’t need to do that. Other than that when I used to edit in the app it was very good but now I’m not so sure?
