Request: option to select specific servers – IVPN - Secure VPN for Privacy Review

I want to select specific servers instead of being limited to only select a city. Sometimes the server I am assigned is too congested, thus, it is too slow. In addition, if we had the option to select by servers instead of just by city, we could avoid selecting certain IP’s that might be blacklisted.
