CAN’T access or restore purchases at all! – JibJab: Funny Cards & Videos Review

I have been trying for days now to get my purchase to this app and it keeps telling me of an error saying this account already has subscription but all I am getting access to is the free stuff! I am deleting everything and will find a more reliable app!
