Can i get my bey back – Beyblade Burst Rivals Review

Hey developers loving the game and all that but i just had a problem and im kinda mad about it i was opening a attack type bey box and then before it was gonna show me what bey i got my game froze and when i logged back in my beybox was gone and i didn't get whatever bey it was if you have a way to return pls do thank you .
