App doesn’t accept my orders – Buffalo Wild Wings Review

I’ve had this app for a long while and it was great until here recently. Every time we use it, it never accepts our order. We even go so far as using multiple cards and never accepts. This last time we finally got it to go through for delivery and half way through waiting the dashers had to cancel the order because Buffalo Wild Wings didn’t even have the order in their system. Luckily I had an email receipt proving we did order and the transaction already being taken out of my account. But now instead of delivery we have to wait for them to make it and then go pick it up. This is all because their app messed up. Also the cards we used, we have used in the past with no issues! I don’t know what the deal is but these big dues need to be fixed. I can’t be the only one having issues.
