Extremely poor support – Bloons TD 6 Review
I’ve spent more money on this app than I care to admit.. and by far more here than any other app. Which is why it’s baffling to me that their customer service is so bad. I’m having a syncing issue between devices that’s caused duplicate purchases. I opened a research case but the person who is assigned to help is super unresponsive and pretty incompetent. Hoping I can get this resolved soon, but if not, I’ll just delete the app and not download anything from
this company again. There is no reason they can’t provide better service, especially considering what a cash cow (I assume) this game is.
