Problems playing – My Singing Monsters Review

I love the game but it says when you’re magical monster reaches level 15 they can transport to magical sacrum but mine won’t transport, there’s no icon. I have another My singing Monsters game and it does that in there as well. They need to keep an eye on these problems, but other than that, I love it
