No support team? – Pirate Kings™ Review

I’ve wrote in recently about missing rewards. Support team doesn’t seem to exist anymore. The totem chase in the pirate adventure map glitches and will only give out prizes if I leave the app open. For parrot 4 I got to the app later than anticipated and the totem chase ended, no gifts in gift box and emails don’t seem to be getting through as not a single support member writes back. There’s no point to play if rewards don’t get claimed when progress has met the requirements. This has been the biggest issue with totem chase for a while now. I shouldn’t have to leave the pirate adventure map open on my phone until parrot has reached 100% but if I don’t nothing processes. If someone sees this 3,000 spins and 330 B coins are due to my account. Thank you.
