Terrible customer support – KakaoTalk Review

I need help logging in because I don’t know my previous phone number. The site only states you can’t log in if you don’t know it. So what is it telling me to do give up? So I try to reach someone from the team and unless you’re in Korea you can’t even make contact. This is a joke.
