Deception!!! – Phone tracker Chirp GPS app Review

This app does not it claims to do. Looks good, but that's it. I paid for it on two (2) devices and have monitored it in action for a few days. Seeing as I have paid for this app twice, I will continue to revisit it and RATE IT, until it works as stated. Just to note: I have PAID FOR and downloaded over 104 apps since 2011 on several devices, this would be the first one that didn't work at all.
