Backordered items – Urban Outfitters Review

I bought an item last year ( July 29,2021) and it has yet to arrive ! The shipping date keeps getting pushed back and they continue to sell more of the item ! They won’t let me leave a review on the product ( I’ve tired 3-4 times ) and they deleted 3 bad reviews on it . Horrible ! Another item from the same order has said “ Shipped “ since September 2021 and hasn’t arrived !! It’s January 2022 , 7 months later !! Never shopping here again ?
