Poor support – PUBG MOBILE Review

I love the game!!! Problems are significant: Perhaps it’s me but really want instructions, like how to upgrade GI sand but equipment. You can play Gor months and still have the same inadequate equipment. Recently after playing for 2 years? I put $49 into account and system went down and started me out as a new rookie with 2 terrible guns and no money in account. I could not find out how to log into my original account, money is gone and I cannot find any way to contact administration!!! I can’t find out how to log in. They are always saying let us know this or that BUT THEY DON’T TELL US HOW TO MAKE CONTACT!!! I have been VIP many times, love the game but I cannot figure out points, etc. because I can’t find instructions so to speak.
