Fun but zero support – BitLife - Life Simulator Review

I like the game, enough to buy both of the payment options to improve the game (Bitizen and God Mode) and yet even as a 2-time paying customer, I got completely ignored when I submitted a ticket to their support department for help. I even followed up with a response of my own and still got ignored. Finally I realized I could use their Time Machine feature to pay even more real money to reverse the problem, but that wasted my time and money and left me entirely dissatisfied and disappointed. So as my title mentioned: it’s a fun game but don’t expect any help whatsoever, or even acknowledgment, even if you are a paying customer for this game.
