It logged me out what do i do? – Amino: Communities and Fandom Review

The app is great it’s just it logged me out and now I can’t get in, what do I do? So it basically says error 403 something every time I try to logging or enter anywhere this has never happened before I don’t know what’s going on I just want to find out if it could be fixed?
