I WISH I NEVER FOUND THIS APP! – Wish: Shop and Save Review

I absolutely hate this app now. The shipping is expensive as heck for just such a small item! $12 or more and then on top of that it takes a whole month or more to get here! For $12 shipping should be a week or less! Then on top of that the seller sent me the wrong items and then when I requested a refund wish kept repeating themselves over and over asking me the same question and refusing to refund! I clearly sent all the pictures and info yet they still kept asking me the same thing 5 times! What a disgrace! They don’t even deserve one star! Wish is terrible! So annoying! Poor quality, poor customer service, expensive shipping, wrong items! This is the worst shopping app I’ve ever dealt with! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU STAY AWAY FROM WISH!
