It’s always nice to meet new people, whether thats someone helping me find an item in the store or a friendly customer. I especially feel good about helping people get what they need. As an Instacart customer myself, I understand that sometimes we don’t have time to go to the store or simply cannot do the shopping ourselves due to restrictions such as health or mobility issues. I feel like Instacart is more than a means of convenience for customers, it’s a way to meet basic needs.
