Calling Amazon for help with troubleshooting my 3Gen Echo device, wet okay however wasn’t completely satisfied with the service from the rep, with being one of the Top communication services worldwide, regardless of difficulties serving Amazon customers should be at its highest focusing on the customer attitude/relationship with its products and taking the timely addressing the matter, I shouldn’t have to feel like I have to explain to the Service Rep how my day went or going through relating to my issues of me calling, Take control withPrecise timing and efficiency. We did however had to preform resetting the equalizer, but not a full For diagnosis of the equipment underlying that I had no warranty prior January 7th I was offered or upselling insurance yet more difficult problems that I would run into if I where to purchase another device with or without similar issues. Or should I just trash it and move on, honestly that how I feel.
