Seems very inaccurate – Healthy Together Review

Got my first ever Covid test at a cvs minute clinic since I went in for an ear infection. I received a text stating my results we ready and proceeded to take me to download this app. Upon downloading and setting it up this app shows I had a test 12/2/2021 and again on 12/28/2021. Though I had my first ever test on 1/19/2022. Not sure how that’s possible. I live in Florida but still have a Chicago number and have been in Florida for 11 years. All the test results are in my name and show the state of Florida seal. Something is off about the whole thing and not sure if I trust this app or the test results I received on 1/19/2022.
