World’s WORST Customer Service – Regal: Movie Tickets Made Easy Review

We subscribed to their Membership, and they double billed us in January 2022. Called their Toll Free Number and it says “Sorry, we cannot answer your call . . . .” Went to their website and sent three emails requesting double billing refund, and they never responded to those email requests. Went to website and clicked on “Add/Delete Credit Card — but it only allows you to Add a card; cannot Delete a Credit Card. Sent a different email today telling them to CANCEL our membership. No response. Called American Express and asked them to disallow any future auto-billing from Regal Cinemas. They make not easy to join, but IMPOSSIBLE to quit their service. I fully expect a nasty legal letter demanding future payments. These people have no respect or regard for their customers.
