I love the game been playing it for years developers pls respond – MLB 9 Innings 24 Review

I have one issue and it keeps happening i have bought 8 diamond packs with mileage but none went to my inventory and none opened in the menu i tried over and over and still no result so i would either A like a refund in mileage or B my 8 diamond packs other than that i absolutely love this game btw my name in game is b3tter
