Cannot crear account - please fix bug – Co–Star Personalized Astrology Review

There seems to be a bug when signing up for an account. Did everything all the other reviewers did (deleted, re downloaded, tried all ways of starting an account ) and I get to the part to pick a display name, hit next and only a blank page pops up and I can’t continue on. Please fix this.
