My Shoprite Dietician – Webex Meetings Review

Lauren Bladek has been coaching me for many months. I look forward to our biweekly chats as she is knowledgeable, clear about the best way for me to stay healthy and always interested in what I am asking about. She offers suggestions and tips about healthy foods for me as I watch my carbs very carefully. She keeps me posted about items Shoprite sells I may be interested in.
