Not getting credit for my credit! – Experian® Review

I have a home with a mortgage. The check comes out of my bank account every month. I have a car payment. The check comes out of my checking account every month. They are never late. Yet my credit score continues to state that I have no large loans on my credit history. How can this continue to be missed?
