Worth a purchase – Charlie Brown's All Stars! - Peanuts Read and Play Review

I don't claim to speak for everyone, but after the previous Charlie Brown app had an unnecessary number of micro-transactions that seemed exploitative, it's nice to see a solid release without any of that business involved. If you are looking to purchase this app for your kids, you can at least have confidence that there are no additional pay walls to interfere with enjoying this classic story, on the other hand this release is quite bare bones, the extra touches in the Christmas and Great pumpkin were nice, I think we just didn't enjoy the pay wall some of those were behind. So it's likely the exchange from those type of features has left this app at a more standard level. I know the temptation to add iap things such as designing a team uniform for Charlie and friends was probably tempting, but loud crow has avoided that for this release, so what we have is a solid title that is somewhat lacking in what made the previous Charlie Brown titles a bit more interactive. 6/25 : performance issues seem to be resolved with most recent patch.
