So frustrated !! – Planner Pro - Daily Planner Review

I am so beyond frustrated with this app/company. I downloaded it and was going to try the 7 day free trial and signed up for the year plan once my trial was over. As soon as I submitted it, I was charged, which is annoying considering I don’t even know if I like this app enough to pay for it. Well, I decided to give it a try since I purchased it for a year and there is no support for me to get a hold to try and fix this issue, at least not that I’m able to find or get in contact with, and now I can’t even use the app because it’s saying I don’t have an email linked. This is aggravating because it clearly says my email under my “profile” and it even has a “sign out” option…. How can I sign out if I have no email account linked to use this!? Maybe I’m just dumb and can’t figure it out but even so, there is no way for me to get help to figure it out! I would not recommend this app, I’m out $15 and I have no way of using the stupid thing I just paid for…
