Im Genuinely Appalled... – Photoshop Express Photo Editor Review

I first downloaded this app in February of 2019 and even a couple of days ago I was using it perfectly fine. I go into the app this morning and suddenly I can't even open an original photo file without having to pay? I feel like, as a long term customer this is just...idiocy. I was using this app since it gave me the ability to edit the coloring and hues on my photos and liven the scenic photography I would use as accent photos on my social media posts. This is extremely disappointing...
