Not ready for prime time – Resident Portal Mobile Review

Loses payment information during the middle of a lease. Requiring lengthy set. Difficulties in updating payment information from within the app. Wouldn’t be a problem as you can pay twice, but they charge a fee for each transaction. Needs a way to add additional contacts to correspondence if expecting guardians to have financial responsibility. Documents (leases, notices, reminder) shared are best read on an ipad but the app works best on the a phone. Keyboard entry blocks data input . One star is generous.
