Terrible customer service – Jigsaw Puzzle Review

Used to be my favorite but app has been frozen for 6 weeks now. I’ve emailed them multiple times and they tell me they are working on and don’t know when it will be fixed. I’ve sent screen shots they wanted. I go to ask them again after 10 days and get a message issue is fixed so problem is closed. It is not fixed! I would give up but I have paid for too many puzzles I would like to play!
