Help for Your Hobbies (and other work!) – CamScanner - PDF Scanner App Review

This is pretty good, generally self-explanatory, and definitely makes uploading pictures, documents, and other scans easier. The basic version is limited on image correction, but still works well for scanning and flattening the item.
