Two months later and still doesn’t work – TIDAL Music: HiFi Sound Review

Tidal came with my Sprint/ T-Mobile plan so I used it. It was nice to find music and put them into a playlist and listen when ever and wherever. But when I got a new phone over two months ago and switched everything over in the T-Mobile store I might add the Tidal app stopped working. I have spend hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue. No one is helpful. One rep told me that Sprint and T-Mobile are aware of the problem but they don’t have a solution to fix it. And when I have tried to discontinue my old account and start a new one they told me No because I already have an a account that I cannot access. Another rep also told me that Sprint owns Tidal as well so that says a lot.
