No crash detection made – Life360: Find Friends & Family Review

My son was a passenger in an accident two days ago. I read the criteria to the notification. They were going faster than 25 miles an hour they came to a sudden stop their car flipped it was totaled and I was never notified. I spent over $300 in the past three years for gold membership for the sole purpose of being notified of my child was in a wreck. Very let down I’ve asked for a refund and have not gotten it yet. They just keep trying to make excuses about why his reck may not have Fit the criteria. Needless to say I’ll be canceling my paid membership.
