Defective entry – Telegram Messenger Review

Hi My phone has been stolen and I do not have access to my mobile phone. Now I want to log in to my Telegram account on another mobile phone, but your server sends the verification code to the stolen phone. The code will not be sent to me via SMS because I have not set up my email.please help me
