Title doesn’t match my 4.99 bank receipt – TextFree: Second Phone Number Review

I downloaded this app to use it it as a free communication with my child on their iPad. I was attracted to the app because wit was advertised as free, and then I was charged a $4.99 fee after using the app twice. I am unhappy and would like my money back.
