WAS great. now crashes on launch – Layout from Instagram Review

This is, no was, a great simple app when it worked. Now it crashes every time I try to open it. But the real problem is that there’s no other way I could find to report the problem. The App Support info all pertains to the Instagram app itself. I couldn’t find anywhere to report a problem specific to the Layout app.
