Difficult to cancel or change subscription. – Aura: Meditation & Sleep, CBT Review

The only option this app or website gives you at any point in time to pay for anything is right after you take the quiz. After that you’re basically on your own. After 7 days it’s 60$ and I could not for the life of me find any way to change or cancel the subscription through the app or website. I tried to out for a day or so and really wasn’t impressed compared to other apps just like it. I’m hoping me email to them works soon so they don’t attempt to charge me 60$ again. Please make it easier to change or cancel your subscriptions and make pricing clear, this is very shady business practices here.
