Percentage are not adding up – Fuel Rewards® program Review

Good morning I had a 5% Gold status before I got my T-Mobile Tuesday with another 10% and when we put them together it took away 5% and gave me Just 10%think the system is not being fair with me are that’s the way it’s been set up please take a look into this matter for me thank you.
