My contacts and data erased – Hangouts Review

I have been using Hangouts as one of my main social media platforms. Now when I accessed it today, it welcomed me as a beginner and all my contacts gone. This especially for my fiancé I have been messaging through Hangouts and some personal photographs. Don’t know how this happened. I do need some answers. I put in her name and it is like she never existed. I want to recover all my messages but especially my love messages and photos of my Fiancé. I am getting emotionally distressed.
