Loading glitch – NBA LIVE Mobile Basketball Review

Whenever I try to play the season or showdown the loading doesn’t follow through and causes me to lose earned credit and I have high speed everything on my iPhone 8 Plus !!! What is up with this game glitching like that and I tried ea support but they aren’t any help !!! Where are the real technicians please
