Highly recommend 1Password (as a security professional) – 1Password 7 • Password Manager Review

There are other free options out there but I have been using 1password for more than 2-3 years. I liked it so much I also got my wife on it in our family plan. How fast you can migrate all passwords to a central location securely is just amazing. It works across windows, Linux, Mac OS, iPad, iOS, Android, safari, chrome it just doesn’t matter.. I find a way to get it up and running for my testing. And I can’t wait to see how the authenticator built-in works. If you want something that just works seamlessly and care at all about your security just get it.
