Great App – CARROT Weather: Alerts & Radar Review

Great App!The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is it some of the features I usually look for in a weather app are only accessible behind a pay wall. However, this app is still pretty fun. I’m enjoying the ability to unlock patches and play short games.
