App not working when I got my new phone – Davis's Drug Guide - Nursing Review

My app won’t allow me to log on since getting my new phone. I do have an older version but it worked great for me. When I try to log on it tells me I purchased from the App Store and need to “restore” from there. There is no option to “restore” from the App Store. Looks like I’m out $40.
