Kinemaster will not allow me to open a file. – KineMaster (OLD) Review

I had been working on an animatic that was almost finished, when all of a sudden it had kicked me out of the project. When I tap on it to open it back up it says “unable to open file”, I had spent hours on the animatic and I don’t want to delete the app as that will delete the project I was working on. I’ve tried restarting my device, clearing cache, and even offloading the app. Please look into this as I don’t want to lose all my hard work, thank you.
