It keeps “chugging” along, whether I interact with it or not. Many, many days (ok every day) it reminds me to drink water. I’m often Surprised how many hours can go by without hydration if I don’t pay attention to it. And I don’t pay a subscription fee to fill up a llama. Buy this app and drink to your health!
