just another pay to win – Rush Royale: Tower Defense TD Review

the game has an interesting premise and solid execution but is entirely hostile to free-to-play users. good luck climbing the ladder against players with vastly stronger heros, decks, and equipment. in this game, no level of skill expression or time commitment beats cash; it offers relatively little support to people unwilling to shell out the insane amounts of cash it badgers you for (15$+???). ultimately, this game is just another example of developers being so focused on monetization they forget to leave any content left for their less wealthy player base. i cant imagine this game will have any longevity with this model, nor do i think it should.
