Horrible Customer Service – Ulta Beauty: Makeup & Skincare Review

The app did not work applying the double points to my order after I activated it. But instead of Ulta taking responsibility for that they made the excuse that they can’t change anything after the order is made even though it is still processing. Hasn’t been shipped yet. Most other online purchases, like through Amazon, you can still cancel while it is even out for delivery. This app has glitched on me several times and Ulta has never taken responsibility. Just shop Amazon or Sephora - much better customer service.
