When I asked the support team if they could put my permanent purchases back (like the second part of the scatter champions slot) since I have all of the receipts of everything I have bought and they told me no, I would been to repurchase the items. I signed up for a new account and it logged me back into an account I didn’t even know I had and I lost hundreds of levels. I had always asked if I want to keep my current level or go back to an old profile except this time and now I have to start all over again. It’s not fun, it’s a cash grab and it’s not what it use to be.
